SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) by default.
• US Postal Service shipping in the U.S. is by request only or to Post Office Boxes.
• On all orders outside the U.S., please see the International Information below.

PAYMENTS:

• Full payment, including postage and other charges, must be included with your order. There are no Open Accounts or Credit extended.
• All payments must be in U.S. dollars. We do not accept Western Union or PayPal.
• Cash, in the form of U.S. dollars, may be sent at the customer's risk.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club credit cards.
• Drafts should be noted as bank wire transfers. Wire transfers usually have a bank imposed transaction fee between $25.00 to $35.00.

RUSH ORDER SHIPPING

Contiguous USA orders placed before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday can be given a higher priority in our system for a small additional fee. MAC's will make its best effort to ship the order on the same day, however we cannot guarantee this due to the volume of orders, availability of parts, and the time of day your order is placed.

Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping service is not available through our website. For faster service, please phone in your order at 1-800-828-1051 and our customer service department will help you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ORDERING: We will accept orders for parts that are listed in our catalog. Order forms should be filled out completely then mailed, faxed, phoned in, or use the web order form on our website. Fill in all the information requested.

SHIPPING: Most parts can be sent priority mail. Also see "Alternate Shipping Information."

WEIGHT: In general, almost all countries will accept individual packages weighing up to 22 pounds. Many countries will accept packages up to 44 pounds. We will package your order in the required number of containers to meet with these requirements.

SIZE: The size limit is determined by the U.S. Postal Service, not the customer’s country. In general, the greatest length cannot exceed 42 inches. The total length and girth combined cannot exceed 79 inches.

INSURANCE: Priority Mail Insurance is available for most countries. Individual countries have different maximum insurance limits. Insurance limits apply to each individual package, not the total order if in more than one package. All packages are automatically insured for the value of the contents where insurance is available.

CUSTOMS: Custom Forms are required for all packages being sent from the U.S. We will automatically fill out and attach the required forms. The customer is responsible for paying all duties, fees, and taxes levied by their country. Values will not be altered on customs documents.

POSTAGE: All Postage Fees charged by the Postal Service are based on actual weight. As a means of estimating the postage required, we have devised the chart below. Actual postage will be charged. Any shortage will be billed. Any excess will be held as a credit to apply to a future order - we do not give refunds on international shipping.

OTHER CHARGES: In addition to the postage charges above, there are other charges. These are explained below:

BOXING FEE: International shipments require special boxing and wrapping, as well as the preparation of Customs Documents. To simplify things, we have established a minimum fee of $3.00 or 5% of the value of the merchandise, whichever is greater. Please add this to the above postage charges. Also include special fees for specific parts listed in the catalog.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS:

• All checks, money orders, or drafts must be payable on a New York Bank and have U.S. Federal Reserve Routing Numbers. These are special numbers used by the U.S. Banking System. If you cannot obtain this type check from your bank with these numbers, then please include the Bank Collection Fee listed above in the "Other Charges" section.

• Peru: No Rebuilds
• Russia: Order Must Total Less Than $167, No Textiles
• Turkey: No Textiles, No Rebuilds
• Sri Lanka: No Radios, No Textiles, Order Must Total Less Than $100
• Ukraine: Must Have Import Permit

EXPRESS MAIL / AIR FREIGHT COURIERS: Upon special request small packages will be shipped by Express Mail / Air Freight Couriers. Double the shipping rate amounts shown in the Postage chart if you want your package sent Express Mail. The fee schedule is quite expensive and should be considered only if speed is essential or the ordered items are too big for Parcel Post. The fee schedule for Air Freight is too complex to provide. The fee is based on a combination of weight, volume, and destination. UPS Air Service is also available; rates vary greatly by destination.

We do NOT ship by Ocean Freight. Crating costs, shipping costs, and other problems preclude the offering of this service.
